Wat is Aandachtstekort Hyperactiviteitsstoornis (ADHD)

Aandachtstekortstoornis met hyperactiviteit (ADHD) is een gedragsstoornis die symptomen omvat zoals onoplettendheid, hyperactiviteit en impulsiviteit.
Mensen met ADHD kunnen ook extra problemen hebben, zoals slaap- en angststoornissen.
Volwassenen met ADHD kunnen ook merken dat ze soortgelijke problemen hebben, en sommigen kunnen problemen hebben met relaties of sociale interacties.

Is TM effectief?

Het nodige bewijs dat TM effectiviteit ontwikkelt, vind je in honderden wetenschappelijke onderzoekingen. Dit effect is te danken aan het feit dat TM het harmonieuze en holistische werk van het functioneren van de hersenen verhoogt en stress vermindert.

Transcendente Meditatie brengt geen enkele vorm van concentratie met zich mee, maar verbetert ons vermogen om ons te concentreren en te bereiken wat we willen in het leven aanzienlijk.

Transcendente Meditatie Techniek kan door iedereen worden geleerd en beoefend. Het grootste voordeel van de TM Techniek is dat het heel eenvoudig is. De beoefening is moeiteloos en heeft geen bijwerkingen.

Kinderen kunnen beginnen met TM op 10-jarige leeftijd. Er zijn geen negatieve bijwerkingen. Onderzoeksresultaten wijzen alleen op gunstige effecten; toename van het vermogen om aandacht te geven, hogere intelligentie, hogere cijfers, helderheid van geest, verhoogde creativiteit en zelfrespect . Kinderen onder de 10 jaar leren een speciale kindertechniek. Geconcludeerd wordt dat deze techniek hen harmonie en balans geeft.

  • Waarom iedereen TM kan doen
  • Welke voordelen je redelijkerwijs kunt verwachten
  • Hoe het werkt - de ervaring van transcenderen
  • Hoe TM verschilt van andere vormen van meditatie
  • Wat er gebeurt tijdens TM

Na afloop van de lezing is er gelegenheid om de Leraar persoonlijk te spreken, om evt. privé-vragen voor te leggen.

De lezing is geheel vrijblijvend, maar wel nodig om mee te kunnen doen aan de TM-cursus. De lezing is vrij toegankelijk, ook als je alleen maar een beetje nieuwsgierig bent. Voel je vrij om nog iemand mee te nemen.
